On Saturday 12 December (12 noon–7 pm) and Sunday 13 December (10 am–5 pm), we’ll be transforming the Wintercircus arena into a sparkling entrepreneurial pop-up! We’re collaborating with Wintercircus & Syntra Midden-Vlaanderen on this wonderful opportunity. Our goal: to introduce the public to the products made with great care by local and young entrepreneurs. Are you interested in gaining extra visibility and boosting sales for your product or service? Then be sure to book your spot.
Conditions of participation:
- you are a student or researcher affiliated with an higher educational institution in Ghent, or you are entrepreneurial youth and/or a student at Syntra (aged 18 to 25)
- you already have a business (or are a member of The Company) and are therefore able to sell
- you have a product (or service) that you can actually demonstrate; this may certainly include catering, music, etc.
- A small contribution is required to take part of The Pop-Up
You can choose whether you want to take part for one or two days. The fee is €50 per day (excl. VAT). If you take part for two days, the fee is €90 (excl. VAT). For that price, you’ll receive the following from us:
- a spot in the stunning arena of the unique Wintercircus in Ghent
- a nice table to display your products (including 1 or 2 chairs)
- an info session with valuable tips and tricks on selling
- a complete communication campaign for the event, created and distributed by the organisers (possibly including press attention)
- a great event where you’ll get to know lots of other entrepreneurs (and score some great products)
